The postponement does not affect its next Canadian shows

Snail Mail has announced that she will be postponing part of her upcoming tour in order to have her vocal cords operated on. Fortunately for Canadian fans, the postponement will not affect his upcoming shows in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver.

In a statement shared today, Snail Mail said: “I went to see an ENT doctor last week and they found huge polyps in my vocal cords (surprisingly from vocal trauma from speech !! shocker lol) which must be operated to avoid permanent damage to my voice. “

All dates of Snail Mail’s April tour will continue as planned, while subsequent shows have been pushed back to August to allow for its recovery time. All original tickets will be honored for the postponed dates.

The tour is in support of this year’s star Valentine, and exclaim! caught up with Snail Mail earlier this month to discuss the creation of the record and its maturation alongside music.
